Autozone, automotive parts retailer, submitted an application for a comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning, and site plan review for PID: 32-34-24-23-0039 along HW-47. The applicant is requesting to reguide this site from business park/light industrial to commercial in order to develop a standalone retail store. The proposed rezoning would rezone the property from BPK Business Park to B-2 General Business.
