The City of St. Francis participates in a Community Notification System designed to deliver important and timely information to residents in our area using the latest technology.  Nixel notifications deliver trustworthy and important neighborhood level public safety and community event notifications instantly to users who have signed up for the service.   Notices may include road closures, unsafe situations due to fire which are sent during active situations.
