Notice is hereby given that the St. Francis Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on the following land use items on August 16, 2017, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the ISD #15 District Office located at 4115 Ambassador Blvd.
1. INTERIM USE PERMIT: A request from Brent Rau to secure an interim use permit to allow a home occupation/home extended business on the property at 23340 Redwood Court NW – RR Rural Residential District – PID 35-34-24-14-0009
All persons wishing to be heard on the above items should attend the meeting. Written comments may be submitted to the City no later than 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11th; or emailed to Ben Gozola at (bgozola@sambatek.com) no later than noon on the day of the meeting.
