Permit Rules for Snowmobile Riders
As of February 1, 2009, Snowmobile Permits will need to be purchased for $15.00 ANNUALLY.  The permit is valid for a one-year period from January to January.  Any residents who have obtained a snowmobile permit prior to 2011 will need to apply next year for a new Local Access Sticker for the 2012 year and every following year.

Permit Rules for Golf Carts
See the following city ordinance for more information regarding the use of golf carts in the City of St. Francis.  There is no charge for Golf Cart Permits.
