The City of St. Francis contracts for our planning & zoning services with Northwest Associated Consultants. For information regarding property zoning, land use plans, code enforcement or economic development tools contact Nate Sparks, City Planner and Zoning Administrator at 763-231-2555.
Property Surveys
The city has property surveys for most homes constructed after 1990. If you would like a copy of your survey, please contact the city.

Wetland Information
The Anoka Conservation District is available to answer questions that you may have regarding wetlands and the implementation of the Wetland Conservation Act. Click on this link Anoka Conservation District Website for additional information.
2011 Development Use Applications
The Development Application is required to be filled out for those wishing to make application for conditional use permits, variances, amendments, subdivisions, and other land use permits. If you have any questions contact Nate Sparks, City Planner and Zoning Administrator at 763-231-2555.

The City of St Francis adopted an updated version of the Comprehensive Plan on December 18, 2008. Each section is available here for your review. The plan was formally placed into effect on July 6, 2009.
