City Charter
The City of St. Francis currently operates under a Home Rule Charter. The Home Rule Charter is a set of guidelines for the city to follow when conducting city business.

City Code
The City Code is a set of established guidelines for those residing and doing business in the City of St. Francis. Individuals need to confirm the City Code requirements for all official business in the City of St. Francis. The City of St. Francis attempts to keep the City Code updated on the Website. For the latests code requirements, individuals may need to contact city hall.
City Code Chapters 1-8, 11 & 20
The following documents are City Code chapters 1 - 8 with Chapters 11 and 20. Chapters 9 and 12 - 19 are reserved for future use.
City Code Chapter 10 (Zoning)
Chapter 10 is the Zoning Ordinance and its subsections. The ZoningOrdinace has several sub-chapters that are organized based on topic. There are reserved secitons between each topic for future expansion of the codes.
