Building Department
The City of St. Francis previously contracted our building inspection services. For building inspection permits issued prior to Jan. 2012 contact Metro West Inspections at 763-479-1720.
For permits issued after January 1, 2012 contact Andy Schreder, City of St. Francis Building Official at 763-235-2317 or email to: bldginsp@stfrancismn.org

Property Surveys
The city has property surveys for most homes constructed after 1990. If you would like a copy of your survey, please contact the city.
Fee Schedule
There is a flat fee for re-roof, re-siding, window replacement, plumbing and mechanical permits. New construction or major remodeling fees are based on valuations (materials plus labor) this includes decks, storage sheds, garages etc. Those seeking permit must contact the Building Official at 763-235-2317.
